The city's oldest architectural landmark, of nineteenth-century architecture. The building is a great example of Portuguese-Brazilian architecture from the second half of the 18th century, due to the use of stone technique taken from the monk's mountain range, the bell tower and the baroque design on the pediment. It is the oldest architectural landmark in the city, being listed by the National Historical Heritage.
