Cancellation fee
Sunday to thursday:they won't have cancellation fees the reservations that are cancelled with at least foreseen 48 hours of up-to-date advance of the arrival.
Friday and/or saturday:they won't have cancellation fees the reservations that are cancelled with at least foreseen 7 days of up-to-date advance of the arrival.
Otherwise, the full cost from the first nigth stay will be charge into your credit card.
Full prepayment required/Non refundable: From 29/12/07 to 01/01/08 and from 20/3/08 to 23/3/08,reservations that are cancelled with at least 15 days prior to arrival local time will avoid penalty of 100% of total stay.

Non-show: the full cost from the first nigth stay will be charge into your credit card,except from 29/12/07 to 01/01/08 and 20/3/08 to 23/03/08 ( high season)where the full cost of the reservation will be charged in to clients credit card.
