Todas las solicitudes de anulación que se solicitem después de las 18 horas del dia de ingreso originalmente solicitado, estarán sujetas al cobro de una noche de las habitaciones reservadas que no serán utilizadas.
- La anulación hasta con 15 días de
anticipación implica la devolución del
100% del prepago.
- La anulación hasta con 7 días de
anticipación implica la devolución del 50%
del prepago.
- La anulación hasta con menos de 7 días de
anticipación implicala no devolución del
prepago.

No show fee
La no presentación de un pasagero en el día de ingreso originamente solicitado, por razones ajenas al CLIENTE o a PUERTO VIEJO, no queda sujeta a ningún tipo de cobro.

Obligatory supplements
IVA incluido.
Preparar el 50% del valor total de la reserva dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la confirmación para así considerar la reserva como tal.
Cancelar el 50% restante 10 dias antes del ingreso de los pasajeros.
Si la reserva se solicita vía telefónica, se deberá enviar dentro de las 48 horas siguientes un fax adjuntando el comprobante de depósito del 50% del valor total.
Si no existe pre-pago, no hay garantia en la reserva, queda liberada y a disposición de otros pasajeros.
Se aceptarem las modificaciones con hasta dos días de anticipación al ingreso de los pasajeros y sujeto a disponibilidad de Puerto Viejo.
El pago puede ser reslizado con un depósito en la cuenta corriente Nº 95011421 del Banco BCI, sucursal Puerto Aysén a nombre de Violeta Sanhueza Alegria. Rut. 8.943.685-0.
